Drone Service Management

Revolutionizing Farm Spraying Operations with Intelligent Drone Job Management

Agriculture is evolving rapidly, with technology-driven solutions improving productivity, efficiency, and sustainability. One such breakthrough is the integration of drones into agricultural spraying. However, managing the operations, schedules, personnel, and equipment involved in drone-based spraying can be complex. That’s where the Drone Service Management System comes in a comprehensive platform designed to streamline every step of drone spraying services.

What is Drone Service Management System?

Drone Service is a cloud-based platform that helps coordinate and manage drone spraying services across agricultural landscapes. It enables end-to-end workflow automation right from service request by the farmer to job completion by a drone pilot, with role-based access for agents and admins.

The system is designed with scalability and flexibility, offering farmers choice to use their own drones or hire both drones and trained pilots. It ensures security and accountability through OTP-based job verification
and maintains detailed spray history for future recommendations.

Core Features of the Platform

Drone Spraying Process

How It Works

1

Farmer contacts the Agent

The farmer initiates a spray request through the local agent, providing basic crop and location details.

2

Agent gathers job details

Land area, crop type, and preferred chemicals are recorded to plan the job accurately.

3

System suggests chemicals

Based on past spray history and crop type, the system recommends effective chemical combinations.

4

Job is registered and pilot assigned

The agent registers the job into the system. A suitable pilot is suggested based on availability and proximity.

5

Pilot receives notification

The assigned pilot is notified with job details, including location, crop, and chemical list.

6

OTP confirmation from farmer

The job can only begin once the farmer provides the OTP, confirming identity and readiness.

7

Drone spraying begins

After OTP verification, the pilot begins the drone spraying operation as per the job specification.

8

Job is completed

Once spraying is done, the pilot marks the job as complete and logs relevant details into the system.

9

Payment is recorded

The agent collects and logs payment via cash or online method. Job history is saved for future use.
